LOWER SECONDARY LEVEL
Standards V to VII comprise of the Lower Secondary Level. Students learn English, Second language, Mathematics, Science, History, Geography, Computer Science & Moral Instruction and are trained in Drawing & Painting, Life Oriented Education, General Knowledge and Physical Education.
In addition, boys engage themselves in Project works in various subjects once a year. They also visit places of academic interest.
SECONDARY LEVEL
Standards VIII to X comprise of the Secondary Level. At this level Students have a choice of selecting their curriculum. Tamilnadu state Matriculation curriculum provides English, second language, Mathematics, Physical science, Biology, History and Geography.
IGCSE/’O’ Level curriculum of University of Cambridge offers English, second language, Mathematics, Physical science, Biology, Computer studies, Economics and Islamiyat.
HIGHER SECONDARY LEVEL
Standards XI and XII comprise of the Higher Secondary Level. At this level Students have a choice of selecting their curriculum.
Tamilnadu State Higher Secondary curriculum provides an option to choose a course, of study most suited to their future career. The course of study is as follows:
Part I: Anyone of the 3 languages: Tamil / Hindi / Arabic
Part II : English
Part III : Optional Subjects:
Group A - Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology / Computer Science /
Communicative English
Group B - Accountancy, Commerce, Economics & Business Mathematics /
Computer Science / Communicative English
‘AS’ & ’A’ Level curriculum of University of Cambridge offers the following options:
Engineering Stream : English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
Business Stream : English, Accounting, Business Studies, Economics.
Note : Admission to the first year of the Higher Secondary Level shall be open to candidates who have passed std X / IGCSE/ ’O’ Level or an equivalent examination recognized by the Govt. of Tamil Nadu in English medium.
